Peace of Mind Pet Warranty

K-9 Designs Pet Paradise, Inc. will pay for any veterinarian care provided by a licensed veterinarian for the care or treatment of the boarded pet for any sickness or injury of the pet incurred while the pet is boarded at K-9 Designs Pet Paradise, Inc. up to the limit of $300 per pet per incident.

Fee: Only $1 per day per pet

Period of coverage: Up to and including seven days after the pet has been picked up from our facility.

Exceptions: The program does not cover the following:

	Pre-existing conditions
	Injury, Illness, Death when pets boarded together at the owner’s request take action against one another.
	Injury, Illness, Death resulting from whelping or pregnancy
	Injury, Illness, Death resulting from war
	Injury, Illness, Death resulting from nuclear radiation or contamination
	Injury, Illness, Death resulting from animal’s lack of eating due to owner's request to house more than one animal per enclosure.
	Pets that become infected with the Kennel Cough Virus or any other related viruses, that could have been prevented with a current Bordetella vaccine while at our facility.

Coverage subject to the terms and conditions clearly specified on the actual warranty agreement.
